Erada Signs EGP 60 Million Agreement to Support Micro-Enterprises in Collaboration with the Egyptian Social Fund for Development
Erada Microfinance Company has signed a landmark agreement worth EGP 60 million with the Egyptian Social Fund for Development to finance approximately 1,700 micro-enterprises, with a focus on productive and agricultural projects aimed at driving sustainable growth.
Marian Ghali, Chairwoman of Erada, reiterated the company’s commitment to fostering sustainable investment, while Amr Aboelazm, Vice Chairman and CEO, emphasized how this collaboration promotes financial inclusion through the integration of financial technology, empowering women and youth, and creating meaningful job opportunities.
Basil Rahmi, CEO of the Egyptian Social Fund for Development, stated that this agreement aligns with the government’s strategy to strengthen the national economy and advance the growth of micro-enterprises.
