SMEs Relationship Manager

Role Overview

Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and build up portfolio.      

Key Responsibilities

  •  Approach potential customers to establish positive relationships.
  •  Build and develop SMEs portfolio to achieve the set targets and increase revenue.
  • Assisting with generating new business and Identifying opportunities.
  • Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
  •  Conduct customers call / site visits .
  • Analyze customer’s credit worthiness to provide the appropriate financial package and ensure proper addressed credit terms and conditions.
  • Ensure consistent follow up and closely monitors past dues to take required actions for maintaining quality and growth.
  • Monitor practices of competition and report findings to unit heads.

Qualifications

  • Minimum experience 2 years in financial institutions 
  • Good in English  
  • Highly motivated and target oriented
  • Excellent communication and [presentation skills
  • Team player
