SMEs Relationship Manager
Role Overview
Responsible for building and maintaining positive relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for business growth, and build up portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
- Approach potential customers to establish positive relationships.
- Build and develop SMEs portfolio to achieve the set targets and increase revenue.
- Assisting with generating new business and Identifying opportunities.
- Promote high-quality sales, supply and customer service processes.
- Conduct customers call / site visits .
- Analyze customer’s credit worthiness to provide the appropriate financial package and ensure proper addressed credit terms and conditions.
- Ensure consistent follow up and closely monitors past dues to take required actions for maintaining quality and growth.
- Monitor practices of competition and report findings to unit heads.
Qualifications
- Minimum experience 2 years in financial institutions
- Good in English
- Highly motivated and target oriented
- Excellent communication and [presentation skills
- Team player
